Shipping policy

We'll make sure your Hairport order reaches you as quickly and conveniently as possible!

Orders are delivered to Omniva parcel lockers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You can also choose to collect your order in person from Hairport Studio at Lienes iela 10, Riga, Latvia.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery to Other Countries

Would you like your order delivered to another European Union country? Contact us before placing your order at hairport.studija@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to discuss the available delivery options.

Taxes & Customs Duties

For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price or displayed at checkout. No additional import customs duties normally apply to orders shipped from Latvia to other EU countries within the EU customs territory.

UK Customs & Import Charges

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees. Any applicable charges collected by Hairport will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges not collected at checkout may be payable upon delivery, depending on the order and applicable customs regulations.
